(I think Rod was hopping on her back when she looked this good).
CAUTION: *PG-13 Rating*
I think that video was conceived, written, and filmed by the guy in the swimming pool.
Maybe after seeing Fast Times at Ridgemont High...?
Judge Reinhold was great in that movie...
I don't listen to Rickie Lee, but when I do............
If you don't listen to Rickie Lee, how do you do?
How am I? Or how to I listen without listening?
Let me clarify.
If you don't listen to Rickie Lee, how do you listen to Rickie Lee?
It's a take-off on that old(-ish) commercial.

Dos Equis: The Most Interesting Man In The World (Spring 2010)
As semi-officially the *second*-most interesting man in the world (after MrBuck, of course), I'm allowed to riff on such...... I figured you'd get that.
Ah, a riff! Of course.
My mind was elsewhere, trying to figure out TT's real elo.
I think you know that square roots of negative numbers are imaginary numbers - if that helps any.

On April 4, Tracy Chapman reissued the vinyl edition of her original self titled album, perfect timing for Record Store Day 2025 on April 12.
She was recently interviewed by multiple media outlets, including an excellent piece by the NY Times. (I'll let you find one of your own choosing.)
An easily accessible interview popped up on Yahoo, a re-heat from Consequence. In that interview, she advocates not streaming music but only buying the physical media. Her logic is that tape and record purchases more directly benefit the artists. Her music is available on the streaming platforms, and I already have a copy of her album. If she tours, I'll buy another.

Maryland dude's sweet visit spawns the terror...JAILBREAK!
SO WEIRD that you posted that. Not 3-4 days ago I was thinking of posting some Thin Lizzy on this thread. One of the most underrated bands of that era. Unfortunately, I never got to see them. [Careful observers, I'm sure, can pick out dede and roo in the crowd.] "Jailbreak" isn't bad, but I always preferred a few others. Their albums pretty much rock. Some serious ax wielding. Here they are in Sydney:
Thin Lizzy - Cowboy Song (★ HD, ★ Better Quality) - Live @ Sydney Opera House - 1978
And here's another of their offerings, a reworking of the old Irish standard:
Thin Lizzy - Whiskey In The Jar (Official Music Video) - YouTube
(Get your dirty Annhuser-Busch paws off!)
I think the album cover featured a toddler joyfully riding a red baby dragon.
But ain't no way that can be considered "old music". Just sayin'.
Danny Elfman has made tons and tons of good music.
Likely repost, whatever...wasted photons/electrons, if that makes any sense...
Jefferson Starship's hit "We Built This City" is now in a jingle for bathroom tissue.
..JAILBREAK! Jam it.
...and go to 1080 res....

More good stuff. [bump]
Listening makes me think of Springsteen and his band, but this is smoother, and edgier...
