In the little agreement below, we will refer to you as the Subscriber
and to CoolPick.com as the Publisher. Please read carefully and make
sure you understand things.

The Subscriber asserts that the Publisher's content will not be used in
affiliation with sites featuring adult, obscene, hate material, or any
other material generally considered to be objectionalable.

The Subscriber agrees to only present the Publisher's content using the
exact provided coding provided for each feature. The Subscriber will not
attempt to link directly to or in any way repurpose or reformat the
provided content of any feature.

The Subscriber agrees to present the Publisher's content in a pleasing
and positive manner.

The Subscriber retains copyright to any material provided in the
customizable areas of the generated pages, but grants unlimited rights
to this material for the purpose of generating the co-branded pages.

The Subscriber agrees to not place more than one banner ad on the page.
Additional linking images may be provided but they must be smaller
than 80x35 in size and should preferably be placed beneath the
Publisher-provided content. Advertising and linking materials must
not link to adult or other inappropriate sites.

The Publisher reserves the right to audit the Subscriber's pages from
time to time. The Publisher may decide to discontinue the service if the
Publisher determines that the terms or spirit of the above limitations
are not being met.

The Publisher will not be held responsible for lawsuits or criminal
charges related to the Subscriber's use of this service. The Subscriber
agrees to bear the burden of any legal costs or damages incurred by the
Publisher in the event of legal proceedings involving the Publisher and
specifically related to the use of this service.

Removal of the Publisher's content from the Subscriber's page(s) shall
constitute complete and sufficient remedy for any judgement of misuse
or damages on the part of either the Publisher or the Subscriber.

The Publisher makes no warrantly with regard to quality of service or
future availability of service, and reserves the right to change or
discontinue the service at any time.

By using the materials provided by the Publisher or the Publisher's
content providers, you implicitly agree to abide by the terms of this
policy.
